Security Guard

1. Access Control:

• Monitor and control entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

• Maintain visitor/vehicle logbooks and issue entry passes as per policy.

2. Surveillance & Patrolling:

• Conduct regular patrolling of the factory premises including gates, periphery, and restricted areas.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any unusual activity.

3. Safety & Asset Protection:

• Ensure safety of factory property, machinery, and raw material against theft, sabotage, or damage.

• Check goods movement (inward/outward) as per gate pass/authorization documents.

4. Incident Reporting:

• Immediately report security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activity to the Security Supervisor/Management.

• Prepare daily security reports and incident logs.

5. Emergency Response:

• Assist in fire-fighting, evacuation, and first aid during emergencies.

• Raise alarms and guide staff during emergencies as per factory safety protocols.

6. Discipline & Compliance:

• Ensure employees follow safety, PPE, and entry rules within the factory.

• Prevent unauthorized entry in restricted areas.
