Position: Security Guard (30-35 Positions available)

Location: Sukhmani Enclave, Ludhiana
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Guard & Security In-charge to ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, property, and common areas within Sukhmani Enclave.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the main entrance and control the entry and exit of residents, visitors, staff, and service personnel.

• Verify visitors and maintain accurate visitor and vehicle entry records.

• Conduct regular security rounds of the premises and monitor suspicious or unusual activities.

• Ensure proper access control and prevent unauthorized entry into the society.

• Monitor CCTV cameras, where applicable, and promptly report security concerns.

• Manage vehicle movement and maintain proper parking discipline at the entrance and common areas.

• Receive and verify deliveries and direct visitors or service personnel appropriately.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, security incidents, and safety concerns.

• Maintain a clean, professional, and alert presence at the assigned security post.

• Immediately report any security breach, damage, theft, or unusual incident to the concerned supervisor/management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 12th pass/ Graduate preferred.

• Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a residential society, apartment complex, or similar premises.

• Good observation skills and alertness.

• Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for extended periods.

• Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.

• Ability to follow security procedures and instructions.

• Police verification and valid identification documents preferred.
