Key Responsibilities of a Security Guard

1. Access Control

   • Monitor and control entry and exit of visitors, employees, residents, and vehicles.

   • Verify identification and maintain visitor records.

2. Patrolling

   • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.

   • Ensure all areas remain secure and protected.

3. Surveillance Monitoring

   • Observe CCTV cameras and security systems.

   • Report and respond promptly to unusual incidents.

4. Protection of Property and Assets

   • Prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized access.

   • Safeguard company assets and client property.

5. Emergency Response

   • Respond quickly to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, accidents, or security threats.

   • Follow emergency procedures and assist in evacuations when required.

6. Incident Reporting

   • Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities.

   • Prepare detailed reports for management and clients.

7. Customer Service

   • Assist visitors, employees, residents, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.

   • Provide directions and information when needed.

8. Safety Compliance

   • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

   • Identify and report potential hazards.

9. Crowd and Traffic Management

   • Manage vehicle movement and parking areas.

   • Control crowds during events, emergencies, or peak hours.

10. Professional Conduct

    • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a neat appearance.

    • Wear the prescribed uniform and perform duties with integrity and vigilance.

1. Education qualification – Minimum 12th Stand

2. Martial Stratus - Single/Married

3. Physical Status -Sick/Healthy/Average

4. Age Limit - 50 years

5. Preferred Location - Nearest Location

6. Site Location - Chinar Park & Manikanchan (Residential Complex)-Ballygunj Phari

7. Experience - 0-3 Years

8. Freshers are welcome
