Role & Responsibility:-
(1) Employees Attendance: Maintain (in time & out time entry in attendance sheet.
(2) Gate Pass Verification: Checking valid "Gate Passes" for every item leaving the premises (Finished goods, scrap, or repaired machinery).
(3) Loading Supervision: Witnessing the loading and unloading of trucks to ensure the quantity matches the invoice.
(4) Bag Inspection: Thoroughly checking lunch boxes and bags at the exit gate.
(5) Manual log of all visitors and issuing temporary ID badges.
(6)Document Check to ensure no material leaves without permission.
(7) Fire Safety to prevent massive losses due to short circuits.
(8) Scrap Management: Monitoring the disposal of electronic waste (E-waste), as it often contains valuable metals.
(9) Guards must maintain their uniform, cleanliness and discipline.
(10) Time management properly manage.
