Security Guard – Duty List
Open the main doors of the warehouse (Ground Floor and 1st Floor) and switch on the required lights at the start of the shift.
Collect and securely keep mobile phones of company employees, as per company policy.
Maintain a record of the drinking water vendor’s service and delivery.
Ensure garbage is disposed of on time and the premises remain clean.
Attend to guests and visitors and coordinate with the reception/admin team.
Open warehouse shutters whenever required for operational purposes.
Switch on/off the water walls and generator as required.
Assist in counting boxes/packages when required.
Maintain proper records of vehicle inward and outward movement.
Ensure all required entries are properly maintained in the registers and device.
Greet everyone politely and respectfully and assist whenever needed.
Check employee bags during entry and exit, as per company security policy.
Ensure proper distribution and collection of employee mobile phones during entry and exit.
In case of any emergency, immediately coordinate with the HR and Admin team.
No vendor, outsider, employee relative, or friend should be allowed inside the warehouse without proper permission.
Personal mobile phones should not be charged inside the company premises.
Maintain professional distance with company staff and avoid unnecessary familiarity.
Ensure the generator register is updated daily.
Should be able to use smartphones for product recording on files
