रिपोर्ट करेगा: सिक्योरिटी सुपरवाइजर / एडमिन मैनेजर

कार्य का उद्देश्य

फैक्ट्री परिसर, कर्मचारियों, आगंतुकों, कच्चे माल, तैयार माल एवं मशीनरी की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना, तथा सख्त प्रवेश-निकास नियंत्रण और निगरानी के माध्यम से सुरक्षा बनाए रखना।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

• कर्मचारियों, आगंतुकों, ठेकेदारों/वेंडरों और वाहनों की एंट्री एवं एग्जिट को नियंत्रित करना।

• गेट पास, पहचान पत्र (ID कार्ड) एवं विज़िटर रजिस्टर की जाँच करना।

• मानव संसाधन एवं वाहनों की दैनिक एंट्री-एग्जिट का रिकॉर्ड रखना।

• सीसीटीवी कैमरों पर निगरानी रखना और किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि की रिपोर्ट करना।

• कंपनी की संपत्ति, कच्चे माल एवं तैयार माल की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना।

• फैक्ट्री परिसर की नियमित गश्त करना।

• बिना अनुमति प्रवेश और चोरी की घटनाओं को रोकना।

• अग्नि सुरक्षा (फायर सेफ्टी) एवं आपातकालीन प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करना।

• किसी भी घटना, दुर्घटना या सुरक्षा उल्लंघन की तुरंत प्रबंधन को सूचना देना।

• आपात स्थिति या ऑडिट के समय संबंधित अधिकारियों/सुपरवाइजर से समन्वय करना।

• कंपनी की सुरक्षा नीतियों एवं नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।

आवश्यक योग्यता एवं कौशल

• न्यूनतम शिक्षा: 8वीं / 10वीं पास (वरीयता)

• फैक्ट्री / औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में सिक्योरिटी गार्ड का अनुभव होना लाभदायक

• सुरक्षा प्रक्रियाओं की सामान्य जानकारी

• रजिस्टर एवं रिपोर्ट लिखने के लिए पढ़ने-लिखने की क्षमता

• शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ एवं सतर्क

• अनुशासन एवं समय की पाबंदी

कार्य की शर्तें

• शिफ्ट आधारित ड्यूटी (दिन / रात)

• खड़े होकर कार्य करने एवं गश्त की जिम्मेदारी

• फैक्ट्री / औद्योगिक वातावरण
