Job Summary:
The College is seeking a responsible and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of the campus, students, staff, visitors, and institutional property. The role involves monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding promptly to security-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain security and safety of the college campus, buildings, and surrounding areas.

• Monitor entry and exit points; verify identity cards of students, staff, and visitors.

• Patrol the campus regularly to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.

• Maintain a visitor register and ensure adherence to campus security protocols.

• Respond immediately to emergencies, disturbances, or suspicious activities and report the same to authorities.

• Assist during college events, examinations, and peak activity hours.

• Ensure safety compliance and support evacuation procedures during emergencies.

• Coordinate with college administration and local authorities when required.

• Maintain discipline and order within the campus premises.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th standard pass (preferred).

• Prior experience as a security guard or in a similar role is an advantage.

• Ex-servicemen or trained security personnel will be preferred.

• Physically fit and alert with good observation skills.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies.

• Basic communication skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night).

• It is a Full Time Security Guard job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
