Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our employees, patients, visitors, premises, and assets. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment and responding promptly to any security-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, patients, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.

• Verify visitor identity and maintain visitor entry/exit records.

• Conduct regular security rounds and patrols of the premises.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities.

• Ensure proper checking of vehicles, materials, and belongings as per organizational procedures.

• Maintain security registers, incident reports, and other required records.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, fire alarms, and security incidents.

• Coordinate with the Security Supervisor/Officer and other departments during emergencies.

• Ensure compliance with campus security rules and regulations.

• Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.

• Safeguard organizational property, equipment, and other assets.

• Assist patients and visitors with basic directions and information when required.

• Maintain discipline and a professional attitude while interacting with employees, patients, and visitors.

• Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good observation and alertness.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.

• Basic understanding of security procedures.

• Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for extended periods.

• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.

• Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass preferred.

• Experience: Prior experience in security services/hospitality/hospital security is preferred.

• Ex-servicemen and candidates with relevant security training may be given preference.
