The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises, employees, visitors, and company assets. The role involves monitoring entry and exit points, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
1. Premises Security
Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vendors.
Verify identity cards and maintain visitor records.
Ensure unauthorized persons do not enter the premises.
2. Surveillance
Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
Report any suspicious activity immediately to management.
3. Patrolling
Conduct regular patrols inside and around the premises.
Check doors, windows, gates, and parking areas.
4. Access Control
Maintain visitor entry register.
Issue visitor passes and ensure proper exit formalities.
5. Emergency Response
Handle emergency situations such as fire, theft, or accidents.
Inform management and relevant authorities if required.
6. Asset Protection
Ensure safety of company property and equipment.
Prevent theft, vandalism, or damage to company assets.
7. Discipline & Reporting
Maintain a daily security logbook.
Report incidents, unusual activities, or violations.

Qualifications
Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass
Prior experience in security services preferred

8–12 hours duty depending on company policy
