Security Guard (Day Shift)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Verify visitor identity and maintain visitor registers.
Conduct regular patrols of the factory premises.
Ensure company property and equipment are protected.
Check incoming and outgoing materials as per gate pass procedures.
Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities.
Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
Control vehicle movement and parking within the factory.
Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and safety incidents.
Coordinate with HR and Administration regarding security matters.
Follow company safety rules, 5S practices, and security procedures.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with relevant skills may also apply).
Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
Basic reading and writing skills in Tamil; basic English is an advantage.
