The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of assigned premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate must be alert, physically fit, and able to handle security-related situations in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.

• Control access to the premises and verify the identity of visitors, staff, and vehicles.

• Maintain security by ensuring compliance with company rules and regulations.

• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.

• Report daily activities and irregularities such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual incidents.

• Assist in crowd control and maintain discipline in case of gatherings or events.

• Collaborate with supervisors, police, or emergency services when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: High School (10th pass preferred).

• Prior experience in security services, defense, or police background will be an advantage.

• Physically fit and mentally alert.

• Good communication skills and disciplined behavior.

• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

• Flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
