Job Title: Caretaker (On-Site)

Shift: 12 Hours
Salary: ₹17,000 per month (PF + ESI will be deducted as per norms)
Location: On-Site (Room/Stay will be provided)

Job Description (English):

We are hiring a Caretaker who can stay on-site and manage 12-hour shifts. The candidate must maintain a manual entry register for all visitors and staff entering the office. Candidate must know Hindi and English (read and write).

Accommodation will be provided at the site. Casual Leave (CL) and Earned Leave (EL) will be available as per policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain visitor and staff entry records manually

• Stay at the site and work 12-hour shifts

• Basic upkeep of the workplace

• Communicate effectively in Hindi and English

• Cooperate with other departments when required

Eligibility:

• Should be comfortable staying at the site full-time

• Should be literate in Hindi and English (able to read and write)

• Physically fit and alert

साइट पर रहने की सुविधा दी जाएगी। CL (कैजुअल लीव) और EL (अर्जित अवकाश) कंपनी पॉलिसी के अनुसार उपलब्ध रहेगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• विज़िटर और स्टाफ की मैन्युअल एंट्री रजिस्टर में जानकारी दर्ज करना

• साइट पर रहकर 12 घंटे की ड्यूटी करना

• ऑफिस परिसर की निगरानी और सामान्य देखभाल

• हिंदी और अंग्रेजी में संवाद स्थापित करना

• आवश्यकता पड़ने पर अन्य विभागों से सहयोग करना

योग्यता:

• साइट पर पूरे समय रहने के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए

• हिंदी और अंग्रेजी पढ़ना और लिखना आना चाहिए

• शारीरिक रूप से फिट और सतर्क होना चाहिए

• समयनिष्ठ और जिम्मेदार होना चाहिए
