Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

Conduct regular patrolling of the premises.

Maintain visitor records and gate registers.

Prevent unauthorized access and report suspicious activities.

Ensure safety protocols and company rules are followed.

Handle emergency situations calmly and inform concerned authorities.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass

Prior security experience preferred

Basic Communication and observation skills

Physically fit and willing to work in shifts

Must have basic English & Hindi reading and writing

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

कर्मचारियों, आगंतुकों (Visitors), विक्रेताओं (Vendors) तथा वाहनों के प्रवेश और निकास की निगरानी करना।
परिसर की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए नियमित रूप से गश्त (Patrolling) करना।
आगंतुक रजिस्टर, गेट रजिस्टर तथा अन्य सुरक्षा रिकॉर्ड का सही एवं अद्यतन रखरखाव करना।
अनधिकृत प्रवेश (Unauthorized Access) को रोकना तथा किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि की तुरंत सूचना संबंधित अधिकारी को देना।
कंपनी के सुरक्षा नियमों, सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल तथा कार्यस्थल के नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
किसी भी आपातकालीन स्थिति, दुर्घटना या सुरक्षा संबंधी घटना के दौरान शांतिपूर्वक एवं जिम्मेदारी से कार्य करना तथा तुरंत संबंधित अधिकारियों को सूचित करना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ (Requirements):

न्यूनतम 10वीं पास।
सुरक्षा (Security) क्षेत्र में पूर्व अनुभव को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
बुनियादी संचार (Communication) एवं अवलोकन (Observation) कौशल होना चाहिए।
शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ हों तथा शिफ्ट में कार्य करने के इच्छुक हों।
हिंदी एवं अंग्रेज़ी पढ़ने और लिखने का बुनियादी ज्ञान होना चाहिए।
