We are looking for a Security Supervisor to join our team to protect buildings, assets or personnel. You will be responsible to maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The position offers ₹16,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations Management - Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment; Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations; Monitor and maintain entire warehouse and ensure timely clean and repairs if require; Ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment by managing warehouse cleanliness, workspace allocation, and workplace health and safety compliance; Monitor and maintain all warehouse equipment, fixtures, and furniture in good working condition; Utility consumption and cost reports - Track and record monthly consumption of electricity, water, diesel (for DG sets), and other utilities used across warehouse premises; Digital and physical records of all utility bills, receipts, and payment proofs; Monthly utility cost submit to management for review; Security and incident reports; Housekeeping and cleaning schedules; Vendor and service provider performance reports; Submit timely reports to management for review and decision-making; Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth facility operations and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs);
Facility, Asset & Housekeeping Management - Office & Utilities Maintenance; Oversee day-to-day maintenance of warehouse infrastructure, electrical, plumbing, and other utilities; Administrative Reporting & Coordination; Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences; Carry out random patrolling of the building and premises; Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates; Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment; Maintain records for asset acquisition, disposal, and depreciation; House-keeping Supervision & Maintenance; Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all warehouse areas; Monitor cleaning schedules, waste management, and pest control services; Implement and monitor security protocols for personnel and assets; Maintain fire safety measures, conduct periodic drills, and manage emergency response plans; Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, health, and environmental standards.
Vendor and Contract Management - Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers (e.g., housekeeping, security, stationery, courier, etc.); Review and negotiate contracts; Maintain a vendor database and ensure timely renewals and compliance;
Procurement and Inventory Control - Manage procurement of warehouse supplies, equipment;
Documentation - Maintain accurate records related to administration: lease agreements, service contracts, office licenses, etc.;
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Surveillance skills, attention to detail, and excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures are important for this profile. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
