Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined, alert, and responsible Security Guard to maintain security at our company premises, monitor the main gate, keep the entrance clear, and ensure that only authorized visitors enter the premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Gate Monitoring: Monitor the main entrance and maintain security at the company premises.

- Keep the Gate Clear: Ensure that no vehicles, individuals, or groups block the entrance or stand in front of the company gate.

- Crowd Control: Politely instruct people not to gather, loiter, or wait unnecessarily in front of the gate.

- Visitor Management: Verify visitors, ask for their purpose of visit, and direct them to the concerned staff.

- Vehicle Management: Ensure vehicles are not parked in front of the gate and maintain a clear path for entry and exit.

- Access Control: Allow entry only to authorized personnel and approved visitors.

- Safety and Security: Watch for suspicious activity and immediately report security concerns to management.

- Professional Conduct: Communicate politely but firmly with visitors, delivery personnel, and the public.

- Premises Monitoring: Keep the entrance area neat, orderly, and free from obstructions.

Requirements

- Basic communication skills and a responsible attitude.

- Alert, punctual, and physically fit to perform security duties.

- Ability to manage visitors and handle situations calmly.

- Previous security guard experience preferred.

- Must follow company security rules and management instructions.

Important Duty

The main priority is to keep the company gate and the area directly in front of it completely clear at all times. No unauthorized parking, loitering, or unnecessary gathering should be permitted.
