Access Control and Visitor Management: Monitoring entry/exit points, checking credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and managing security badges to prevent unauthorized entry.
Patrolling and Surveillance: Conducting regular foot or vehicle patrols of the premises to inspect doors, windows, and gates. Using CCTV cameras and monitoring systems to detect disruptions or unlawful acts.
Incident Response and Reporting: Promptly responding to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances. Documenting daily activities, incidents, and maintenance issues in comprehensive, detailed reports.
Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Identifying safety hazards, such as blocked exits or fire hazards.
Conflict Management and Security: Detaining trespassers or violators until law enforcement arrives. Providing security during special events, protecting VIPs, and, in some cases, managing crowd control.
