Security Guard

We are seeking a professional and reliable Facility Management Personnel / Security Guard to join Candor Foods Private Limited in Mumbai, Koparkhairane MIDC. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety of personnel and premises while preventing unauthorized access or activities. The candidate will be paid an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000 and will have growth prospects for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety by monitoring and controlling access points.

• Records of In and Out of Employees, Visitors etc.

• Facility Management and ensuring that everything is intact

• Detain offenders if necessary and coordinate with law enforcement.

• Maintain daily logs of security activities and unusual events.

• Provide assistance during evacuations and emergency drills.

• Conduct routine inspections of fire exits, safety equipment, and entrances.

• Vehicle Records and Inspection

Job Requirements:

Candidates with 10th passed and 0.5 - 5 years of experience in security roles are perfect for this position. Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of safety regulations are essential. Should be able to read and write in English.
