Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day security operations including surveillance, access control, incident response, and risk assessments.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of security personnel (guards, staff, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze security systems and tools to detect and respond to threats in real time.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage security incidents and coordinate the response, investigation, and documentation.
• Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on security best practices.
• Prepare reports on security incidents, metrics, and performance for senior leadership.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies or tools to enhance security posture.
• Manage vendor relationships
