Security Guard

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets at our Jamshedpur facility. The Security Guard will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for monitoring access, patrolling the premises, and responding to incidents as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Access Control: Monitor and control access to the company premises, including verifying identities of employees, visitors, and vendors. Issue visitor passes and maintain accurate logs.

• Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies (e.g., fire, medical emergencies, unauthorized entry), and security breaches. Follow established protocols for reporting incidents to management and local authorities.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, unusual occurrences, and security breaches in a logbook or digital system.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company safety policies and procedures. Report any safety hazards or unsafe conditions.

• Visitor Management: Greet visitors professionally, direct them to appropriate areas, and provide assistance as needed, while maintaining security protocols.
