Key Responsibilities:
Control entry and exit of patients, visitors, staff, and vehicles.
Check ID cards, visitor passes, and authorized access.
Maintain security at hospital entrances, emergency/casualty, wards, ICU, and parking areas.
Manage crowds and maintain discipline within the hospital premises.
Monitor CCTV and conduct regular security rounds.
Prevent unauthorized entry, theft, and damage to hospital property.
Assist hospital staff during emergencies, fire incidents, and evacuation.
Maintain security registers and report any incident or suspicious activity immediately.
Keep ambulance and emergency access areas clear.
Handle patients and visitors politely and professionally.
Follow all hospital security rules, SOPs, and instructions from the supervisor.
Maintain alertness, discipline, proper grooming, and professional conduct throughout the duty.
