Job Title: Security Guard

Department: Administration / Operations
Location: Dialysis Centre (24×7 Operations)
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)

Job Purpose

To ensure the safety, security, and smooth functioning of the dialysis centre by monitoring premises, regulating access, and responding promptly to security-related situations in a 24-hour healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain round-the-clock security of the dialysis centre, including day and night shifts

• Monitor entry and exit of patients, attendants, staff, vendors, and visitors

• Verify visitor details and ensure adherence to centre security protocols

• Ensure discipline and order within the premises, especially during night hours

• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and surrounding areas

• Report and document any suspicious activity, safety concerns, or incidents immediately

• Assist in managing emergency situations (medical emergencies, fire, power issues, etc.) as per instructions

• Coordinate with centre staff, administration, and local authorities when required

• Ensure assets, equipment, and property are safeguarded at all times

• Support patients and visitors with basic guidance while maintaining security norms

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred)

• Prior experience as a Security Guard, preferably in hospital or healthcare settings

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night duties

• Physically fit and alert

• Good observation and communication skills

• Basic understanding of safety and emergency procedures
