Security Guard

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to protect our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, patrolling the property, controlling access points, and responding promptly to any suspicious activity or emergencies. The role requires alertness, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and authorize entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

Patrol the premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible security presence.

Check bags, vehicles, and identification when required.

Operate CCTV systems and other security equipment.

Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security breaches immediately.

Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a timely manner.

Maintain daily logs and incident reports.

Ensure all security procedures and company policies are followed.

Assist visitors and provide basic information when needed.

Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.

Required Skills:

Strong observation and surveillance skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.

Physical fitness and stamina.

Honest, disciplined, and dependable.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.

Prior experience as a security guard is preferred but not mandatory.

Valid security training certificate or license (if required by local regulations).
