Security Guard

We are looking for dedicated and alert Security Guards to maintain the safety and security of our premises, staff, visitors, and company assets in Pune. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of handling security duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

Maintain gate registers and visitor records.

Conduct regular patrols of the premises.

Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities.

Ensure proper checking of materials and deliveries.

Prevent unauthorized access to the premises.

Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, theft, or safety incidents.

Prepare daily security reports and incident logs.

Coordinate with supervisors and local authorities when required.

Follow all company safety and security procedures.

Required Skills

Strong observation and vigilance.

Basic knowledge of security protocols.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude.

Qualification

Minimum 10th pass.

Prior experience in security services preferred.
