Executive - Security Function Human Resources Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As the Executive - Security, you will be a part of the HR function and will report to the CSO. The purpose of your role is to manage security and safeguard of assets, material and manpower at location from possible risks (External and Internal) by ensuring adherence to the established procedures so that there is no unplanned Interruptions of plant operations. A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 1. Operation Management - 25% 2. Risk Mitigation - 25% 3. Intelligence & Survelliance - 25% 4. Crisis control - 15% 5.
