Property Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a trustworthy, experienced, and detail-oriented female villa caretaker to manage the daily upkeep and maintenance of a private villa. The role includes overseeing the cleanliness, organization, and smooth functioning of the property, and ensuring a high standard of living for the household.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of all rooms, bathrooms, and living areas

• Ensure high hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the villa

• Laundry and ironing of clothes, linens, and towels

• Monitor and report maintenance needs (e.g., plumbing, electrical issues)

• Manage household supplies and restock when needed

• Care for indoor plants or small garden areas (if applicable)

• Assist with basic cooking or meal prep if required

• Supervise other domestic staff or service providers (if any)

• Maintain security and safety of the villa premises

• Prepare rooms for guests and handle guest-related assistance

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in villa or household caretaking

• Excellent cleaning and housekeeping skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet

• Basic knowledge of household appliances and maintenance

• Good communication skills in [English / Local Language]

• Physically fit and able to handle demanding tasks

• Must be willing to stay in the villa full-time
