Job Title: Construction Supervisor
Reports to: Project Manager/Site Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is done safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
2. Team Management: Supervise and direct construction workers, laborers, and subcontractors.
3. Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of work, identifying and addressing defects or issues.
4. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, protocols, and company policies.
5. Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identifying and addressing delays or issues.
6. Communication: Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
7. Material Management: Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.
8. Issue Resolution: Resolve conflicts, issues, or disputes on site.
