Property Supervisor

• Manage repair and maintain budgets to optimize costs for any building repairs

• Responsibly handling emergency situations or after-hours calls for repair and maintenance

• Planning daily tasks and delegating them to self and cleaning staff

• Inspecting rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance standards.

• Maintaining preventive maintenance standards for an all buildings in facility and take corrective measures to keep them 

• Maintain detailed logs of repairs, maintenance, inventory, and equipment history.

• Monitoring supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining daily operational records.

Daily Tasks:
- in the morning check all motors and water level
- all day attend patients who come for rooms
- when giving rooms make correct in the log sheet (all details should be clear)
- should make round in all floors of all buildings to see if waste is dumped in the corridors
- afternoon check motors and water levels, take necessary action 
- end of the day check all the rooms whose 24 hours finished but dint renew/continue, call them on the phone numbers and ask for money, Managing check-in/checkout, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly.

- check cleaning activity of cleaner and give room keys as required 
- check the stock for cleaning and purchase as required
- maintain the building and rooms always clean by making the cleaner do his job
