Job Description – Property Supervisor Position Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Property Supervisor to oversee property maintenance, manage security and housekeeping staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at client premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, prioritizing client needs, and contributing to the growth and reputation of the company by identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:1. Property Maintenance Oversight Regularly inspect and monitor property maintenance work. Prepare and submit detailed reports on repair, maintenance, and improvement requirements. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely execution of maintenance tasks.2. Staff Management & Scheduling Supervise security staff and housekeeping staff deployed at the premises. Create and manage staff shift schedules to ensure smooth operations. Monitor staff performance, discipline, and adherence to company policies.3. Client Coordination & Service Excellence Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding property, security, and housekeeping requirements. Ensure client requirements are addressed promptly and effectively. Work towards uplifting the reputation of the company by delivering consistent, high-quality service.4. Business Development & Expansion Identify opportunities to expand manpower and security services within the deployed premises. Explore nearby properties and facilities for potential security services tenders. Assist management in preparing proposals and tenders to secure new contracts.5. Manpower Record Management Maintain an updated database of job seekers interested in security and manpower services. Allocate manpower efficiently based on operational needs and client requirements. Key Skills & Requirements:* Strong leadership and supervisory skills.* Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.* Knowledge of property maintenance and facility management.* Ability to create and manage staff schedules effectively.* Business development mindset with focus on company growth.* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach. Educational & Professional Qualifications:* Graduate degree (preferred in Management, Facility/Property Management, or related field).* 2–5 years of experience in property supervision, security management, or facility services.* Prior experience in manpower management and client servicing will be an added advantage.
