We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team at Helpee Health Tech Private Limited. This duty involves creating plans, selecting employees, and putting protocols in place to guarantee the security of a facility/building and the people that occupy it. You will manage the security team, their schedules, and monitor and assess performance to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
>Ensure resident physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
>Monitor quality of care and respond to resident concerns.
>Promote dignity, independence, privacy, and respect.
>Coordinate with doctors, nurses, families, and other healthcare professionals when required.
>Site Staff Management
>Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
>Daily Operation
>Oversee accommodation, meals, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and security.
>Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well maintained.
R & R
>Manage supplies, equipment, and service providers.
>Maintain residents admission records, staff records, reports, and documentation.
>Manage fees, invoices and other administrative matters.
>Communicate regularly with residents and with families whenever required or as planned
>Address complaints and resolve issues.
>Organize resident meetings, activities, and community events.
>Build a positive and welcoming environment.
>Monitor resident satisfaction and service quality.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an in-depth understanding of safety regulations to maintain a secure environment. Candidates must be open to working 7 days working during the Flexible shift.
