Property Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.

• Respond promptly to inquiries, booking requests, and guest concerns across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct bookings, etc.).

• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.

• Coordinate with housekeeping teams, linen services, and maintenance vendors.

• Track and schedule necessary repairs, and ensure timely resolution of reported issues.

• Maintain inventories (amenities, consumables, keys, linens, etc.).
  Prepare monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, expenses, and guest feedback.

• Manage budgets for cleaning, repairs, and supplies.
