Security Property Manager

Job Summary

The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the property/hostel, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and student-friendly environment. The role involves managing daily operations, staff, vendors, facilities, compliance, and student concerns while maintaining Aaalay's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property/hostel.

• Ensure student satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

• Manage hostel staff, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely services.

• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company standards.

• Monitor and maintain property facilities and infrastructure.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.

• Ensure proper inventory management of supplies and assets.

• Implement and follow Aaalay policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Certification/training in Facility Management or Hospitality is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in property management, hostel management, hospitality, facility management, or a related role.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good knowledge of MS Office.

• Familiarity with property management software is preferred.

• Strong vendor and facility coordination skills.
