We are seeking a professional and reliable Parking Supervisor to join our team
Secure parking solutions pvt ltd. oversees daily parking operations and staff to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant service for customers and vehicles.

Key responsibilities include supervising and training employees, managing customer inquiries and complaints, handling cash and record-keeping, ensuring the safety and orderliness of parking facilities, and enforcing parking policies and regulations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise parking attendants and other staff. 

• Customer Service: Address customer complaints, assist with inquiries, provide directions, and ensure a positive customer experience. 

• Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage vehicle flow, and organize parking spaces. 

• Financial Management: Supervise cash handling, maintain records of fees and transactions, and prepare reports on daily operations and revenue. 

• Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, identify hazards, and maintain compliance with regulations and policies. 

• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily work reports, incident reports, and other documentation as required. 

• Training & Development: Conduct training on procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards for new and existing staff.
