Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Operational & Financial Management

1. Ensure no short duties; deploy manpower as per budgeted requirement and site-specific plans.

2. Manage site P&L and reliever budgeting.

3. Ensure daily reporting to office by 9:30 AM.

4. Plan and execute timely site-wise deployment with no lapses.

5. Prepare and submit attendance reports and invoices by the 3rd of each month.

6. Handle payroll-related data including:

o Uniform deduction list – submitted by month-end.

o Salary advance deduction list – submitted by month-end.

Staff & Site Management

7. Handle escalations and staff queries efficiently.

8. Conduct daily visits to at least 3 sites.

9. Ensure all site staff wear proper uniforms and maintain grooming standards.

10. Conduct regular site audits and submit reports.

11. Ensure all site staff have operational bank accounts.

12. Ensure onboarding is as per the operations manual.

13. Monitor daily attendance and update in ERP.

14. Mark visit reports and site status updates in ERP.

15. Share daily site report with management.

Client Relationship & Compliance

16. Take monthly feedback from clients and implement improvements.

17. Assist in the collection of payments from clients.

18. Maintain strong communication and relationship with all clients.

19. Ensure compliance with PSARA, ESI/PF, and other statutory regulations.

Training & Monitoring

20. Plan and execute monthly training for security personnel and share reports with clients.

21. Plan and conduct weekly night checks; submit detailed reports to clients.

22. Recruit as per requirements and ensure proper induction and training.

• Preferred: Former military/police personnel or relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, CISSP, Fire & Safety).

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in ERP software and MS Office.

• Excellent knowledge of security operations and manpower planning.

• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and resolve crises.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location Preference: Based between Borivali to Dadar or Dadar to Ghatkopar.
