Position: Middleware Admin L2 Experience range: 4-6 Years Job description: WebLogic Administration Install, configure, and manage WebLogic domains, servers, and clusters Deploy, redeploy, and troubleshoot applications (EAR/WAR/JAR) Manage WebLogic Admin Server and Managed Servers Configure JDBC, JMS, Data Sources, and Connection Pools. Monitoring & Performance Monitor system health using tools (OEM, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.)Perform performance tuning (JVM tuning, thread dumps, heap analysis) Analyze logs (server logs, GC logs) for troubleshooting. Automation & Scripting Use scripts (Shell/Python/WLST) for automation Support deployment pipelines (CI/CD tools like Jenkins) Environment Management Work on Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments Support patching, upgrades, and migrations Manage WebLogic security (users, groups, roles).
