Gunman Job Description (JD)

1. Main Responsibilities

• Provide armed security at offices, banks, ATMs, factories, or VIP locations.

• Protect people, property, and valuables from theft or harm.

• Monitor entry and exit of visitors and vehicles.

• Stay alert and respond to emergencies or suspicious activity.

• Conduct regular security patrols of the premises.

• Maintain discipline and safety protocols while carrying a firearm.

• Report incidents, threats, or unusual activities to supervisors.

2. Weapon Responsibility

• Safely handle and maintain the assigned firearm.

• Follow all government rules and licensing regulations.

• Ensure the weapon is used only in emergency or authorized situations.

3. Skills Required

• Basic firearm training and weapon handling.

• Good physical fitness and alertness.

• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

• Basic communication and reporting skills.

4. Qualification

• Gun license / firearm training certificate.

• Experience in security services or defense background preferred.

5. Working Conditions

• 12 hour shift duty.

• Work at gates, banks, ATMs, warehouses, VIP security, or events

• It is a Full Time Security Guard job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
