Role Accountability Adhere to all RBI reporting requirements under RBI Master Circular on Monitoring of Frauds in NBFCs/FMR - 1, 2 & 3 & Cyber Fraud reporting Track aging and TAT adherence for investigation cases for timely closure of customer disputes Ensure timely & accurate monthly fraud loss provisioning & track fraud loss versus MOU Track & process fraud loss cases for all due approvals & ensure closure of cases in the system Ensure timely & accurate cost provisioning, invoicing and track Vendor cost versus MOU Track vendor SLA performance & ensure penalty amounts are deducted from vendor bills as per the agreement Perform 100% monthly Vendor Invoice Audits Ensure accurate & timely submission of VIC data for the FRM team. Measures of Success Timely and accurate regulatory reporting & compliance Operating rhythm for all dashboard on key performance metrics Accurate data availability for strategy formulation and course correction Process Adherence as per MOU Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications Experience of generating reports, dashboards and performing analysis Knowledge of Regulatory reporting & Compliance for BFSI Knowledge of Advance Excel & Tableau etc. Competencies critical to the role Sound process orientation with awareness of quality tools to enable process improvements Good stakeholder management & interpersonal skills to drive process efficiency Strong listening and mediating skills with problem solving ability Qualification Graduate or Masters Degree in any relevant discipline Preferred Industry Banking / Financial Services Experience Level Mid Level
