Team Manager-Screening & Sampling-HO & SUPPORT-Business Process Management Group Role: Cyber Incident Team – MHA – I4C - Unit Manager (M6) The Unit Manager is responsible for: End-to-end monitoring and actioning of NCRP/CFCFRMS complaints within prescribed timelines. Immediate fund protection measures including account lien marking and hold actions on beneficiary accounts. Coordination with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), Cyber Police, I4C authorities and internal stakeholders for action and information sharing. Management of account freeze/defreeze requests, customer grievances and fraud-related disputes. Governance oversight, regulatory compliance, audit readiness and management reporting. Leading the cyber incident response team and driving adherence to internal and regulatory service standards. Any other job assigned time to time The role routinely requires: Decision-making on time-sensitive account lien marking and fund protection actions. Direct engagement with senior officials from Law Enforcement Agencies, Cyber Police, I4C and regulatory stakeholders. Assessment and resolution of complex account freeze/defreeze cases involving legal, operational and reputational considerations. Oversight of high-value and sensitive cyber fraud incidents with potential financial and customer impact. Management of regulatory reviews, audit observations, governance forums and senior management reporting. Leadership of a specialized cyber fraud operations team responsible for maintaining critical service levels and regulatory compliance. Experience Level Mid Level
