Role Summary:
Responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, managing access control operations, and supporting day-to-day activities of the security control room while ensuring safety, compliance, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuous CCTV monitoring and surveillance management.
Handle control room and command center operations.
Maintain CCTV breakdown, offline, and access control registers.
Update CCTV server time synchronization records.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with internal teams during incidents and system alerts.
Follow instructions from supervisors and escalate issues when required.
Prepare and submit incident reports in a timely manner.
Skills & Competencies
Customer service orientation.
Good communication skills.
Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and local language.
Strong observation and incident-handling capability.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel).
Eligibility / Experience:
Graduate or Diploma in EEE / ECE or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, access control systems, or
BMS/control room operations.
Experience in a similar surveillance or command center role preferred.
