Conflict De-escalation: Step into highly charged emotional situations involving distressed or angry family members to prevent verbal arguments from escalating into physical altercations.
Staff Protection: Physically protect doctors, nurses, and other healthcare workers from violent patients or aggressive bystanders.
Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, restrict unauthorized visitors in restricted areas (e.g., ICUs, restricted wards), and check identification.
Emergency Intervention: Assist hospital administration with emergency protocols, which can include hospital lockdowns or assisting security during a fire or safety hazard.
Escort Services: Escort VIPs, manage psychiatric patients, or safely guide hostile individuals off the property.
Incident Documentation: Log daily incidents, write reports on security breaches, and coordinate with local law enforcement if a crime occurs on the premises.
