About the Role

We are seeking a highly disciplined and professional Personal Bouncer / Personal Security Officer (PSO) to provide personal security and protection to the Director. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, alert, responsible, and capable of handling security-related situations with professionalism. The role requires flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal security and protection to the Director at all times.

• Accompany the Director to meetings, office visits, business trips, events, and other locations.

• Monitor surroundings and identify potential security risks.

• Ensure the Director's safety during travel and public appearances.

• Handle security-related situations calmly and effectively.

• Coordinate with office staff, drivers, and security personnel when required.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business and personal matters.

• Remain available for flexible working hours based on operational requirements.

• Travel locally and outstation, including overnight stays, whenever required.

• Maintain a professional appearance, conduct, and attitude at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience as a Personal Bouncer, Personal Security Officer (PSO), Security Guard, Executive Security Officer, or a similar role.

• Physically fit with excellent stamina and a strong personality.

• Good observation, decision-making, and communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to situations.

• Willingness to travel frequently and stay outstation when required.

• Honest, disciplined, punctual, and highly responsible.

• Clean background with no criminal record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in VIP Security, Executive Protection, or Corporate Security.

• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.

• Experience handling high-profile individuals will be an added advantage.
