Job Title: Personal Security cum Bouncer

About the Role

We are looking for a physically fit, alert, and disciplined Personal Security cum Bouncer to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of designated individuals and premises in Lucknow. The role requires a proactive approach to risk management, crowd control, personal protection, and safe driving when required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide close personal protection to assigned individual(s) at all times.

2. Drive the principal safely and securely to destinations as needed.

3. Monitor surroundings to identify potential threats or risks.

4. Control and manage crowds during events, gatherings, or public appearances.

5. Escort the principal safely during travel and public movement.

6. Coordinate with drivers, security staff, or law enforcement when needed.

7. Conduct security checks at venues and residences.

8. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all activities.

9. Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or security breaches.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass (additional security training preferred).

• Valid driving license with good driving record.

• Prior experience as a personal security officer, bouncer, or in defense/security forces.

• Strong physical fitness, stamina, and quick reflexes.

• Height & build suitable for security presence (preference: 5’10” or above).

• Excellent situational awareness and risk assessment skills.

• Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and travel as needed.

• It is a Full Time Security Guard job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
