Job Summary

       The Bouncer is responsible for maintaining safety, discipline, and order at venues, events, clubs, private parties, and corporate gatherings. The role involves monitoring entry points, handling crowd control, preventing conflicts, and ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

·        Monitor and control entry and exit points.

·        Check guest IDs and ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.

·        Maintain crowd control and prevent disturbances or fights.

·        Handle conflicts calmly and professionally.

·        Remove unruly or intoxicated individuals when necessary.

·        Coordinate with event organizers and security team.

·        Respond quickly during emergencies and assist in evacuation if required.

·        Ensure safety of guests, staff, and property at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

·        Minimum 10th / 12th pass (preferred).

·        Physically fit and strong personality.

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to handle high-pressure situations.

·        Previous experience in security, event management, or nightclub security preferred.

·        Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.

·        Clean background verification record.

·        Driving
