Job Description

La Mansion is looking for smart, fit, well-presented and responsible Bouncers to maintain security, discipline and a safe environment for guests, staff and the premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain security and discipline at the venue.

• Monitor entry and exit of guests and staff.

• Handle crowd control during events and functions.

• Prevent unauthorized entry and suspicious activities.

• Deal professionally with difficult or unruly guests.

• Assist in managing emergency situations when required.

• Maintain a strong and alert presence throughout the shift.

• Coordinate with management and security staff.

• Ensure the safety of guests, employees and venue property.

• Follow all company security rules and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Smart, well-groomed and presentable personality.

• Good physique and physically fit.

• Strong and confident personality.

• Alert, disciplined and responsible.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.

• Previous experience as a Bouncer / Security Guard / Security Personnel will be preferred.

• Candidates with hospitality, banquet, hotel or event-security experience will be an advantage.
