*Job Title:* Bouncer / security guard

*Job Summary:*

We're looking for experienced and professional bouncers/security officers to join our team at [Poker Club Name], a premier poker and entertainment venue. As a key member of our security team, you'll ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for our patrons.

*Responsibilities:*

- *Access Control:* Check IDs, screen patrons, and manage entry/exit points

- *Crowd Management:* Monitor and manage crowd flow, seating, and behavior

- *Conflict Resolution:* Handle disputes, disturbances, and incidents discreetly and professionally

- *Security Checks:* Conduct regular sweeps, monitor CCTV, and report suspicious activity

- *Customer Service:* Provide exceptional service, assist patrons, and ensure a positive experience

- *Collaboration:* Work with management, staff, and external authorities as needed

- *Emergency Response:* Respond to emergencies, provide first aid/CFR if trained

*Requirements:*

- 5'10" height, athletic build, and physically fit

- 2+ years experience in security/bouncer roles

- Valid security license/certification (preferred)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*Skills:*

- Conflict resolution and negotiation

- Attention to detail and situational awareness

- Strong observation and reporting skills

- Ability to work under pressure
