Assistant Security Manager

• Strong verbal communication in English (needs to escort expats on required basis).

• Team & event Management (knack of taking responsibilities and steer projects, events and emergencies).

• Technical Understanding (ACS & VMS configurations in applications, troubleshooting, installations etc.). He/ She will be supporting GSOC operations if in case of requirement.

• GSOC competencies are must.

• Strong verbal communication in English (needs to resolve global users queries on call/ messaging). Often sent candidates lacks in this aspect as they cant express in English nor can understand the foreigners accent. Moment they speck to them it creates a non-resolution of request rather than supporting the requirement.

• Strong technical background (to configure ACS, VMS applications on the configuration level. He/ she is responsible to identify the loopholes/ fix them on own/ support the vendor (US based) to troubleshoot remotely.

• Understanding of Lenel/ Axis Video Station/ Everbridge Signal for OSINT monitoring.

• Analytical Skills (since weve on migration phase and everyday we carry out global transitions- need someone who understands macros, Excel (advance) for screening DB of at least 10-50K records.

• Project Management - steer ongoing projects- NVR installation, caballing, ACS structuring & integration, snag rectification, fire testing (if required along with BMS).

Qualification:

• Candidate should be Graduate with minimum of 05 years of experience in physical& electronic security function.

• Candidate should have experience working from project phase with technical knowledge in CCTV, Access control system, Fire Alarm System, Building Evacuation Drills, Security agency management.

• Candidate should have experience Managing Physical & Electronic Security & With core technical skills in Command Center operation.

• Certification/Training in the area of physical & electronic security, fire safety would be added advantage.
