Job Description

Area FRM Manager - Risk - Bhubaneshwar - Samantarapur Core Responsibilities: Fraud Identification & Control (Pre-approval) Verify loan documents through empanelled agencies to help curtail fraud entry level. Ensure sampling effectiveness for controlling application fraud Ensure background / profile checks on customer / various agencies through market intelligence/feedback Fraud Investigation Ensure corrective action and set polices to act as deterrents; recovering the loss to the organization. Fraud Prevention & Control (On going basis – post approval) Ensure pre appointment reference and profile checks are conducted on all staff and executives Ensure location wise & RCU agency audits as per SOP including cross verifications & cross location audits. Oversee regular audits at the agencies (Sales/Processing/Verification/Valuation) to check if the processes laid down are followed
