Job Summary

We are looking for a Web Consultant to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding clients' business requirements and recommending suitable website and digital solutions, including website design, development, e-commerce websites, SEO, and other digital services.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, be confident in speaking with prospective clients, and have the ability to convert requirements into suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

• Understand clients' business requirements, objectives, and website needs.

• Explain website design, development, e-commerce, SEO, and other digital marketing services.

• Recommend appropriate web solutions based on the client's business and budget.

• Generate and qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.

• Conduct product/service presentations and consultations with prospective clients.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and service details with clients.

• Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to convert them into customers.

• Handle client queries and provide accurate information about services, pricing, timelines, and processes.

• Coordinate with the web development/design team to communicate client requirements accurately.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients throughout the sales process.

• Negotiate pricing and close deals while meeting company targets.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Stay updated on website development, digital marketing, SEO, e-commerce, and other relevant industry trends.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Good understanding of websites and basic digital marketing concepts.

• Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

• Strong sales and lead-conversion skills.

• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

• Comfortable working with sales targets and deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• A degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field will be an advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in web sales, IT sales, digital marketing sales, or business development is preferred.

• Candidates with experience selling website development, SEO, e-commerce, or digital marketing services will be preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
