Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales/ Wearhouse Coordinator to support the sales team by Order Processing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with the sales team for daily activities, customer requirements, and order processing.

· Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers.

· Coordinate with internal departments like accounts, purchase, warehouse, and logistics for timely order execution.

· Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.

· Track order status, deliveries, and customer commitments.

· Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, and customer communications.

· Maintain data accuracy and update CRM/Excel records.

Skills Required:

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

· Strong follow-up and documentation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Customer handling skills.

· Good analytical and reporting abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

· Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination

· Experience in handling customer coordination and sales documentation.

· Candidates from trading, textile, manufacturing, or distribution industry will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
