We are looking for a Wealth manager to join our team at at SJS Finserve Private Limited. As we expand our wealth & Distribution Manager who can build strong client relationships and drive business growth.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Mutual Fund, Broking or Financial Services
Strong Client acquisition and relationship management skills
Understanding of investment product and wealth solutions
Self-driven professional with a growth mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and manage HNI/affluent clients.
Promote Wealth Management , Mutual Funds, AIF & IPO opportunities.
Generate business through networking and relationship building.
Deliver an excellent client experiance.
Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Present and promote products or services to prospective customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and motivate them to repeat business.
Prepare and deliver sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
