Job Description:

We are hiring Voice Process Executives for the CARS24 process. The role involves handling outbound calls to customers who want to sell their cars, explaining the process, and booking car inspection appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers interested in selling their cars

• Explain the CARS24 car selling process clearly over calls

• Collect basic car and customer details

• Book and confirm car inspection appointments

• Follow up with customers for appointment completion

• Update call status, feedback, and appointment details in the system

Job Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are most welcome

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

• Customer-focused and polite calling approach

• Comfortable working in a voice-based / calling process

• Ability to handle daily call targets

• Basic knowledge of computers
